  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
